Young Scot InfoLine can help you get the information you need, when you need it. Our specialist Information Advisors can provide information on anything from money to the arts or how to get a Young Scot card. Call our free information line on  0808 801 0338, lines are open Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm.  If you call when we are closed you can still access recorded emergency information.

Young Scot InfoLine can accept calls from people who use the RNID Typetalk national telephone relay service.  This enables deaf,hard of hearing and speech-impaired people to communicate with hearing people.

Typetalk is a telephone service for people with hearing difficulties, where a third party operator listens in on the call and transcribes the conversation for the hearing impaired caller directly on to special telephony equipment.
